Examination of a building object during design, construction and operation in the environment, as well as its modernization and repair.

- interaction of the object with the ground,
- building materials,
- insulation systems,
- heating, ventilation, water and energy supply systems, sanitary systems,
- hydrotechnical structures,
- road and bridge engineering,
- technical infrastructure of cities,
- organization and planning of construction processes.
The committee was established in 1952. The committee coordinates cooperation with international organizations:
